| Brad Green has worked in the restaurant
and nightclub industry for 24 years. From 1978 until
1988 he held positions ranging from server in restaurants
to Operations Director of a nightclub company with units
around the country. From 1988 until 1994 he worked at
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida with various assignments
that included Pleasure Island, a nighttime entertainment
complex, the Polynesian Resort's Luau, and the opening
of EuroDisney in Paris, France. In 1994 he assumed the
job of opening General Manager at the Hard Rock Cafe
in Nashville, which he ran for 3 years. Brad holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling
from Georgia State University. He spent 4 years counseling
alcohol and drug abusers. "My background in counseling people with alcohol
and drug dependency and my experience in the restaurant
and nightclub industry gives me a unique perspective.
I enjoy teaching servers, bartenders, and managers,
and answering their questions about responsible service
of alcohol." "When I left restaurant management, I was looking
for a service that I could provide that would make the
General Manager's job easier. The Permit Management
System offers one way of freeing the manager's time
to focus on pressing daily challenges, and still alerts
the GM to TABC compliance problems BEFORE the TABC agents
walk into your establishment." |
